The Tan Dinh church is a catholic church in district 1, Ho Chi Minh city. It was built in 1870-1876 by French and became one of the first churchs in Ho Chi Minh city. The original name was “Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus”. The overall style of Tan Dinh church came from Gothic with Roman and Baroque decorative. The most special fact is the pink color all over the outside, makes it so unique that could be called The Pink Church.
Over more than 130 years with many repairs and maintenance, so grateful, the pink Tan Dinh church still remains the original design and is always on the list of the most beautiful churches in Vietnam.
